I love to get outside and take my puppy to the park! Whenever I have a stressful day at work and I take my little labrador to the park and watch her run through puddles and chase her ball... It makes me giggle with delight!

Just being home and with my hubby :) Reading and yoga are excellent too. There is also something to be said for turning up the radio and singing at the top of my lungs.... for some reason that always helps!

I have a 20 minute yoga DVD that I do that totally calms me down. Anytime I get anxious, I start the yoga breathing and if that doesn't do it, I go straight for the DVD!

Planning meals is my at-home stress buster. Being prepared just makes me more at ease with this whole process.

For me it's actually cleaning.. which might sound odd. But ripping apart the closets or scrubbing things takes my mind off things.. I put on my Ipod and lose myself.. then I end up feeling happier with the end results :)

I love to curl up with a good mystery. In the winter it'son the couch under a fluffy blanket in front of the (electric) fire and in the summer I like to sit on my porch swing and listen to the birds while I'm reading.

I like to settle in with my tea, and read a magazie or other non-school book. Hopefully in the nice quiet evening after my son has gone to bed.
