I sure did, I avoided super bowl snacks by bringing my own cooler of clean food to the party :)

I ate a handful of chocolate bits to keep my spirits up with the cooler 1 plan.

for the most part....I made nachos with whole wheat - no sodium chips and used low fat cheese. I will admit tho - I probably ate a few too many - and did I ever feel awful after ( not used to eating that much food at one sitting)
I kept lots of fresh veggies on hand and avoided the dips.

I was able to eat clean yesterday and better yet didn't even worry about what I wasn't eating during the Super Bowl. I made a big batch of the Zesty Spinach Soup from the Eat-Clean cookbook. Incredible...and now I have leftovers for lunch this week! Yesterday was my rest day and I went to bed feeling good about my choices for the day!

I did food and fitness wise, it was my rest day yesterday, but it was so beautiful that I tossed my son into the jogging stroller and went for a light run. But my procrastination got the best of me and I turned my schoolwork in late, which will kill my perfect grade. So this week I must promise myself to be ahead of the game.

I made two promises to myself yesterday ... one was to complete my run -- check. Second was to make some semi-cleaned-up Superbowl food and not stress about eating it for a treat and I did that too.
