A bowl of creamy, garlicky goodness! Makes a wonderful light lunch when paired with a salad and a small slice of 100% whole wheat artisan bread. One of my favorite comfort foods!

With Fall around the corner (thank goodness. this heat is killing me), I thought I would share with you all my FAVORITE butternut squash soup recipe. This is a hearty soup loaded with vegetable goodness and hint of curry, cinnamon and ginger. To me, there is nothing more comforting than a nice, hot bowl of homemade soup on a chilly Autumn day. I hope you enjoy it!

This is a delicious smoothie that is full ow power ingredients and tastes like a sinfood.

This is a high protein, quick breakfast sandwich that's great for lunch too!

The picture doesn't do this breakfast (or anytime meal) any justice! It is a delicious combo of chocolate/banana/coconut goodness that makes you feel like you are cheating. I have such a sweet tooth that a breakfast like this keeps me happy all day!!

100% fresh vegetables baked in Olive oil and lemon juice. This meal contains all the vitamins and nutrients from the vegetables. Such a delicious recipe your whole family will love.

It is quick and easy to make. It is Clean because I don't add anything fattening to it and I cook it on my George Forman Grill :)

Had one of those Cookie cravings and this is what I came up with.

I got a breadmaker and had such trouble finding healthy recipes that would work. I got a wonderful book and have tried two recipes that have worked perfectly each and every time I've made them (which is alot since it is now the main source of bread in our house) ~ and both are loved by everyone in my family including my super picky 6 year old. This one is sweetened naturally with unsweetened applesauce so I really like using this one.

I got a breadmaker and had such trouble finding healthy recipes that would work. I got a wonderful book and have tried two recipes that have worked perfectly each and every time I've made them (which is alot since it is now the main source of bread in our house) ~ and both are loved by everyone in my family including my super picky 6 year old. She has requested that I use this for her lunch when school starts =o)
