I know we all have a sweet spot for delicious chocolate (and peanut butter!). I threw together this protein shake this morning and was surprised at how delicious it tasted- I almost forgot I was eating clean!! It was a great treat after my morning cardio session and intense leg workout.

this is a good snack when you want something salty and crunchy with a bit of a bite and it's a protein which for me is very hard to get in so every little bit helps.

Olive oil, minced garlic and spinach- it's so easy to eat more of this superfood.

I got this recipe from my eat-clean friend BriAnne. I believe she got it from the Eat-Clean Magazine, but I'm not sure. Either way, it's super health, full of protein and tastes great! Give it a try!

This is a great post workout treat with out the guilt! The suprise is that this shake has loads of protein, carbs and healthy fat perfect for speeding up muscle recovery. Also tastes like heaven! Give it a try, you wont regret it! :)
