This is a great mid-day meal. Lots of protein and good carbs, and some healthy fat to get you past the afternoon sweet and fat cravings. And it's a great way to use leftovers.

My goal is to eat leaner and to sneak veggies in wherever possible since my hubby isn't the best at eating them on his own. I like these burgers because they are moist, lean, and tasty.
1 lb lean turkey
1/4 sweet onion
1/2 - 1 jalepeno
5 baby carrots
3 T yogurt cheese
Take all veggies and grind up in food processor or blender. Blend turkey, veggie mixture, and yogurt cheese in bowl. Form into turkey burger patties.
I cook these on the George Foreman grill for about 10 - 15 minutes. I just like to make sure they are good and done.
I don't personally eat my burgers on a bun, but my husband does. I top my burger with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and a little ketchup. Delish!

I know what you all are thinking.. How can pizza be a clean eat??? I found a fabulous whole wheat pizza dough recipe on eatingwell.com and sauteed a lovely combination of veggies for the topping. Enjoy!

This is a great recipe I found on mayoclinic.com that doesn't require a taco seasoning packet so you cut down on the sodium. I didn't include the cheese when I made it because I'm cutting it out as much as possible but it was still really yummy without the cheese. Also, I didn't add tomatoes because I used Pico De Gallo instead of salsa.
The only thing I added was a scoop of Guacamole.
To heat the tortillas, wet two paper towels and ring out. Place tortillas between paper towels and place in the microwave on a plate. Mine usually need about a minute and I flip them over half way through the heating time.

A very simple grilled chicken wrap...no sauce or mayo here, but a bit of avocado cures that craving.
