    • Starting to really get in the swing of things today. I'm loving the feeling of knowing that it's time to eat again and that my body is efficiently using everything that I put in. Also learning that drinking a gallon of water is not as easy as I thought! Started at 152lb on Day 1 - now clocking in at 149.6. Progress!

    • Here we go with day 2. I'm on a mission. So proud of myself for not eating the fruit tart that someone brought in for our weekly meeting. It looked so good. Hard to resist but I did it.

    • I felt so much better today! I think my body needed a 24 hour period to fully adjust to the decreased starchy carbs that had been such a staple for me before. I had MEGA energy today and blasted through back-to-back Zumba and Spin classes. Slept like a baby...

    • I was totally exhausted by 4PM. I'm thinking I need to tweak the starchy carbs. Also learned today that sweet potatoes make me instantly nauseous. Maybe I'm allergic? Switching to 1/2 plain potato.

    • Decided to celebrate finalizing dresses with my bridesmaids yesterday. I had 2 martinis (as clean as possible- vodka, fresh lime juice, splash of club). Back on track today!
