Dear Tosca,
I am a 32-year-old mom and student. Although I’ve always been fit, I always knew I could do so much more with my body. I would look at myself in the mirror and say, “Not bad but there’s room for improvement.” Isn’t there always?
While I was in school I met the man of my dreams and he became my husband. He inspired me to clean up my diet because he eats a lot of organic food, maintains a regular and rigorous fitness routine and avoids processed foods. I knew that taking on these changes to my diet would be difficult because I’d have to give up the one thing I loved – sugar!
I started to reduce my sugar intake a little but I was suffering from withdrawal. My husband reassured me that the symptoms would pass as the toxins from all the junk I was eating left my body. I was discouraged but determined to make a change.

The book described every symptom I was feeling! I read the book in one day and when it was over it was like a light had turned on.
It has now been two weeks since I purchased your book. I’ve committed to following The Eat-Clean Diet® and I’ve taken up weight and interval training. I’ve lost an incredible seven-and-a-half pounds, and the symptoms I was feeling when I first quit eating sugar are all gone. No more crashes, blues or fatigue. I feel energized and amazing!
Tosca, I want to thank you wholeheartedly. I feel wonderful. The motivation in your book was just what I needed. My husband has been away for these few weeks and I can’t wait to show off all the progress I’ve made!
